False Advertising and change of quote at discretio

I phoned Outsurance regards quotation for Toyota Prado 2005, they asked all the question and we agreed on R625, on delivery they asked the colour and we said black, they decided that they will charge R783.85. They are liars and the R400 they will not pay out according to advertisement price promise that they will beat any quote.
They even suggested to change insurance. Cheers Bernard and Sandile for 0% Custommer satisfaction:(
