I an sick to death of ABSA's call centre for Internet banking... you can NEVER get thru.

I am sending this report to the Banking Ombusdman... I have tried over many weeks to make contact with your internet service (option 2) on your 0860008600... Its impossible to reach anyone!!!

Your Bank is loosing clients daily/weekly/monthly... I have switched my main Company accounts to Bidvest.

This is what you MUST do with your inernet call centre

a) Up-grade andor get MORE lines to handle the calls...!!!

b) Get MORE trained/qualified staff to answer the calls...!!!

I have followed many reports from this web site that you will do something about it...(going far back as 2012..)
Obviously... nothing has happened... someone should be severley repremanded. Who is ultimately respnsible for the CUSTOMER SERVICE in this Internet department...

SORT IT OUT ABSA...
