I have spoken to Robin Phelps regarding the termination of the policy. She emailed the document for completion to me. I forwarded back to her on 17 April, I have a read receipt from her. I emailed her to follow up, but no reply. I phoned the call centre and was advised that nothing has been noted about the termination of the policy and that Robin will get back to me shortly. I have heard nothing. It is only common courtesy to respond to somebody that is trying to get information. I am not prepared to wait any longer. I need your urgent assistance to resolve the termination of the policy. Funds to be credited to me before the end of this week. Kindly refer back to me.
