Money Hungry - No Compassion

It is quite clear that Wesbanks priorities in earning a miserly R400.00, and by not waiving this illegal charge they get an irate customer like me who will not stop bad mouthing them until that fee is reversed.

The fee was charged illegally and I don't see why I should have to pay for it

IM DISGUSTED AT THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE, ITS QUITE CLEAR THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST AT WORK TO FILL CHAIRS
