3.) Avis Fleet Services, a duly authorised representative of Barloworld (Fleet Management)
4.) Insured through Aon South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Insurance Broker) and
5.) Backed up by Zurich
Here my story: On the 21th of January 2013 at 2 PM, Ms Da Silva driving a Kimberly Clark company car, owed by Avis and insured with Aon, bumped into my car in Edenvale on top of the R24 Bridge. Fortunately, only a minor damage and insured. No problem - I thought.
3 months later, nothing happened. Some mails and apologies have been changed, I also received some phone calls, but no arrangements for an assessment have been done; nothing but ignorance. One of the Aon excuses was, the necessary forms couldn't be found. That was 3-4 weeks ago and obviously the forms are still not yet found. Believe it - or not.
Fortunately, the damage was only minor and my car is still on the road, but what if the damage would have been major and the car is off road - for 3 months?
