Good day,

i have called Nedbank on numerous occassions to make arrangement for an outstanding account. I have been made promises high and low and every month the same thing happens and they deduct the full amount and more from my account which i cannot afford.

On 09/04/2013 at 12:10 I spoke to Nash Naidoo Inbound Collections consultant Employee code 192740. I advised him that my salary date has changed to 26th every month as I have moved employers.

We made an arrangement that the d/o for April would go off 26th and on the 26th every month thereafter. But to my suprise and disgust i get a sms from the bank about a naedos reversal on my account today. Absa will now charge me for the reversal (and i already dont have any money).

The agreement made with Nash was that on 26th April the installement of R1936 and an additional R200 will be deducted.

I need someone to call me back about this as it is highly frustrating to speak to your consultants with no results and my pocket keeps on being affected by it.

If the arrangement is not honored by Nedbank I WILL be taking this case to the financial ombud because as a customer i have made an effort.
