Poor handling of Building Bond

I am reacting to a complaint from a FNB customer on this subject and wish add my voice
I am the estate agent, on this transaction, and for the sake of clarity, was in detailed contact with the Personal Banker named in this report, Sandra Farhenfort. To say she went the extra mile is an understatement. She however is at the mercy of significant inefficacies, in the so called "home loan analysts" process. These very practices that she has elevated to her own immediate Management. To cite one, for her to make phone contact with these analysts, she has to go thru the FNB call centre. More importantly every time these analysts ask for more Info/documents, the current application goes to the bottom of the pile, and another 48/72 hours delay cycle commences.
I represent the sellers, who grant reasonable time (in this case 66 days), but banks need potential buyers to pay out for 1) plot survey 2) Architect Sketch Plans 3) place a burden on a contractor, to submit a detailed construction contract. Only then does the bank really get moving with the affordability/credit issues. I have much more to say, but hello peter space inadequate. Suffice to say banking process is sick sick
