CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BIG WORD

I have followed up regarding the payout for an insurance policy for the last month and a half. Backwards and forwards, backwards and forwards with no response. The reason I am posting this complaitn is that Insurance Companies are massive, quick to take your monthly payments, but drag their feet when it comes to paying out. I have tried to no avail to get Managers e-mail addresses and if I get a team leaders email they ask for my cellnumber and never returns my calls. This is such a sad, sad state of affairs. On your website you indicate that you will give feedback if the query can not be resolved within 20 days... Firstly 20 days to resolve something is not classified as good customer service and secondly this query has been more than 20 days. I write this with tears in my eyes as I have done everything in my power. I know for you this policy payout is just a number or a file - to me it is two old people that do not have food to eat - seriously and your staff don't even have the courtesy to call me and give feedback or even send an e-mail. I am extremely disappointed. Your customers must be aware of this service and should rethink their investments.
