VERY BAD ATTITUDE

801 Some time last week, i called ABSA bank and i spoke to Lebo Jafta and she promised to call me back since her system (computer) was very slow. She never called and i called absa legal department again on 19/04/2013 at 12h45.I spoke toLebo Jafta with regards to my current financial situation. To my surprise, the lady was very rude, ordering me to stop talking and threatening to hang up the phole whilst i was still explaining my situation.

What is disturbing is the fact that Lebo has no clue whats so ever, as to what is customer service. People like Lebo are the people who tarnish the good image and reputation of institutions like ABSA.
I reported her to a very professional manager Ms Adams who treated me with respect despite my financial circumstances.
