FICA incompetency!

I've applied for a Standard Bank BlueBean Card and thought I'd double check their acceptable Fica documents. I was told two different things by two different agents and just finds it shocking! Apparently they can accept eloctronic statements and stamped over the counter statements (if the address shows) however I was also told that everything should be POSTED. So tell me... Do you train every single staff member differently?!?! When the courier arrived I couldn't get my card. It's ridiculous!
