No response after Cancellation form sent via email

I have sent my cancellation form which is signed in full to cancel my policy with this place, but havent had any response! This AMP is such a big, not paying out what they promise and misleading people from the word go! People, please stay away from AMP and SA Warranties as they are all a bunch of! Their so called warranty means buggerol! Please will one of the pathetic staff members get some initiative and call me to confirm that my policy is cancelled and my MFC Account is refunded?
