A account was opened using my ID number and i was blacklisted by african bank. I did do a follow
up and did submit the relevent documents to prove that i didnt know the acount. now they did do the investigation on their side and i got a confirmation that it was and the account is closed. they dont want clear my name on ITC, every time i call them they send me from pillar to post.
