African Bank
Won't issue settlement lette

I contacted African Bank a few weeks ago now for a settlement letter, I have phoned 3 times requesting the same thing and still nothing has been sent through. They have put a judgement on my credit record so am trying to get the account settled so that I can have it removed but they just won't issue the letter!
