Hi, i have mailed edc @ fnb legal dept. about 17 times, and only got response about 4 times, i have mailed everything through to them, and some email said that this is what i have, the one email said that i must phone is attorneys (Your credit card has been handed over to Rorich Wolmarans Attorneys at 012 362 8990, Mrs. Uys) where i have phoned them and nobody can help me there, or rather they don't know about me!!! then emailed legal again. now they taken money from my account without my consent and or knowledge about this, i am very unhappy about fnb and want to move back to standard bank, as they give me beter service and at least a answer to all my queries. this is not the first email i have send fnb legel and they just don't get back to ME, and also if you phone them to sort this out, they say just send a mail they will answer, my last email that i have send was 28/10/2013 and 11/11/2013 and 19/11/2013. no one even mailed me or phoned me to sort this out!!!
