Negligence with client funds

I am so disappointed in Standard Bank, I've been banking with this company since I was 10years old and I am disgusted at the negligence. I gave a notice 32 days ago for them to release funds from my 32day account. And yesterday, when the money was supposed to come in, it did not. I called and asked what was going on and a consultant told me the money would be in today. Needless to say, there was nothing in my account. I called in again, and got transferred from person to person only to be told that my notice was put down for the 15th of May.

I'd forgive it, if it was the first time this is happening, it's the second time. This is so negligent cause if I needed that money to cover debit orders and it wasn't there, I would still be charged a penalty fee for all my debit orders and I'd still have no money to do anything about it. Bare in mind, it's not even borrowed money. It's MINE. I can't believe this... Twice in one month.
