I didn't think dealing with an insurance company could be a pleasurable experience - until I dealt with Tammy from Echelon. I've only ever claimed from insurance once before and expected the same experience (of being treated like a criminal, not trusting any information I provided until it had been personally verified through on-site inspection). But Tammy made the horrible experience of scraping my car into a non-event. No time wasting 3-quote process, no time-wasting on-site inspection like my previous insurance company. I took my car to a panel beater that I had good reports on and they accepted the quote and paid the bill (all I had to do was take my car to be fixed). What a pleasure!! And the sweetener is that Echelon charges me almost 30% less than my previous insurance company (whom we had been a client of for over 10 years - just think how much we could have saved ourselves)!
