Keep giving me ref numbers and doing nothing

Now I have a new ref number 273113 for the 3 times charge for the overdraft facility.
This is my original letter:
I have been billed 3 times/ 31.01.2013; 14.03.2012; 26.05.2011 for this once off charge of R2280.
The credit department behaves as a " black hole" - there is no info coming out of it. They do not do follow up on my query 1/710089893. I am considering to move banks. The service of FNB if not existent.
I need the overcharge to be revered and apologize for the great annoyance.
