APPLIED FOR GOLD CHEQUE ACCOUNT AND OVERDRAFT FACILITY ON 23 AUGUST 2013 ON WHICH ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION WAS SENT AND ON 26 AUGUST 2013 I CONFIRMED WITH THE CALL CENTRE THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND THE RELEASE OF FUNDS ARE ALREADY REQUESTED.ON 29 AUGUST I RECEIVED AN SMS MESSAGE THAT MY OVERDRAFT WAS CANCELLED AND THE CALL CENTRE ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS A SYSTEM FAULT MY REQUEST IS IN PROCESS.SINCE THEN I APPPLIED 2 TIMES AGAIN FOR THE OVERDRAFT FACILITY ONLINE AND VIA THE CALL CENTRE.ON 4 OCTOBER I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MONEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT END OF WORK DAY WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.TODAY I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR MY SALARY BUT FROM AUGUST TO NOW MY SALARY WAS PAID IN THAT ACCUNT.NO FEEDBACK OR CORRECT INFO IS GIVEN TO ME AS THE CLIENT AND I AM IN NEED OF THAT OVERDRAFT VERY URGENT.THE SUPERVISORS DO NOT PHONE YOU BACK EITHER AS REQUESTED WITH THE CONSULTANTS TODAY.
