Listing on ITC without proper information

I am very dissappointed with the service i received from RCS. i have paid my account off on 5 July 2012 and they go and hand me overto the legal department on the 31 July 2012. that does not nmake sense as the account was cleared. Now i have been getting calls from Real people because my name has been listed on ITC, they have blacklisted me without even checking the proper statements to see that i paid my acccount off along time ago. now my name is listed on ITC from last year i have been trying to buy things and each time i get declined and when i queried it RCS never told me that they had listed me. i am a very dissappointed client and wont reccomend this company to anyone, the cal centre agents werent even proper to give me feedback. i am very upset and i want to take legal action against this company for listing me without doing there reseach to see my account was up to date.
