Lack Of Service for Foreign Exchange

I queued for over 50 minutes today in the Foreign Exchange queue at 4ways crossing.
Only 2 tellers working although there are 5-6 counters available.
The wait was on average 20 minutes/customer and I was in a queue with 5 people in front of me.
I walked out in disgust.
