ON THE 12TH MARCH 2013, I LODGED A COMPLAINT ON YOUR WEBSITE AGAINST OLD MUTUAL. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM MR VAN DER WALT. WE THEN EXCHANGED SOME E-MAILS AND MR VAN DER WALT ASSURED ME THAT MY MATTER WOULD BE RESOLVED URGENTLY. I MAILED MR VAN DER WALT ON 4TH APRIL 2013 AND THE 9TH APRIL 2013 FOR AN UPDATE. HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO BOTH MAILS. IN THE MEANTIME, I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT MADE IN DECEMBER 2012 WITH MY SPECIALIST RHEUMATOLOGIST. MY MEDICAL BILLS ARE ALL ABOUT TO BE HANDED OVER FOR COLLECTION, MY CHEMIST ACCOUNT IS IN EXCESS OF R18 000-00. FURTHERMORE, I NEED TO UNDERGO AN OPERATION. OLD MUTUAL IS AWARE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED. OLD MUTUAL SUSPENDED PAYMENT OF MY CLAIM ON THE 18TH DECEMBER 2012 AND ITS NOW THE 16TH APRIL 2013. MY HEALTH IS BEING SEVERELY REJUDICED AND OLD MUTUAL HAS NOT SHOWN ANY CONCERN WHATSOVER. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?
