Close to a month to open an account and no updates

It is almost a month since i applied for a non resident forex account through Nicole Botha and i havent received a call to hear what the status of my update is and none of my countless calls have been returned. If i am lucky, there is someone that answers whats supposed to be her direct number and the best i get out of it is "leave your details and we will ask her to call you back" and i am still waiting for that call. When i applied, i was told that this would be done within a week?!! not only did you but you have failed to to even communicate! I understand people are busy so i resorted to sending her emails and this route did not help either! Maybe i should have seen this coming when i saw the high number of unread emails in her inbox when i was completing my application at her office. I dont understand how hard it can be to respond to an email or to return a call and update someone, maybe you are taking up responsibilities you cant handle and deserve a downgrade in your assigned tasks!! This is the worst service i can imagine and i dont know how you get away with this!! This is unacceptable and people like you are responsible for the declining reputation of the Bank
