So since my last report about 8ta, they told me that they have managed to cancel the account. I still have emails to prove that yet 8ta is still trying to debit from my account which currently has no funds. They are messing up with me as well as with my profile. What I dont understand is how their systems work because after I spoke to the person who told me they have cancelled the account I was still getting calls from their sales people to upgrade. What really happens when they updates? shouldnt it automatically update on all the systems. Everytime they try to debit from my account on the wrong date the bank charges me R115 and they tried twice in one week for the contract I have already cancelled. I need my money back as well as my bank profile to be fixed.

I really need answers on this. I cannot suffer for the 8ta's incompetent staff.
