FNB SALES PPL DO NOT DISCLOSE INFORMATION

I was upgraded to an account this morning upon which point the bank debited R200.00 or so off my account without being notified of such charges. This is the second time in 15 days the bank has taken off bank charges. I have spoken to 2 managers and still no call back since 9.30am this morning. Unacceptable.
