From the time I have taken out the policy, Novelty that assisted when applying for the policy is the most competent & polite person I have spoken to and has done everything to assist me from his capacity however it's the servicing depart and vitality drive depart and has failed me as a client dismally., I never received my petrol card since Feb 2013 .I was not aware of the T & C, as I didn't receive anything from the servicing department. For the entire month of march I was filling petrol thinking that the card is on the way and when I receive it I will be compensated .so I called them- 11.04.2013 & spoke with Tamini at 14.10 pm advising of what has happened and she says I was supposed to contact within 14 days if card was not received and then something can be done, so I informed her I was not aware of that and she says I was supposed to receive the documents from the servicing department and that I cannot be compensated. Is everyone in the vitality drive department so incompetent that they cannot understand, so I advised Tamaini that I will be laying a complaint on hello peter & her reply was u welcome too.this is unacceptable & shows total disregard
