Nedbank
Deducting money by erro

Yet again, Nedbank has debited an amount off my account in error and I have spoken to 7 people since Friday and no one can assist me. They have deducted money from my account for a Home Loan account which I do not have. Seems like the only solution here to to close my Nedbank accounts after been a loyal account holder for 20 odd years. This is very frustrating.
