Opening of Savings Account for my Daughte

My wife went to Mall@Reds Satndard Bank to open accounts for our daughters. The one account was openend and worked perfectly. The second account however have some problems which have not been resolved yet. We opened the account 015380114 on 26 March 2013. Since then the ATM cards provide have been very troublesome. The cards are linked to different asccounts and cannot be enabled.

Firstly I see this as a huge security risk as our cards are linked to other accounts and possibly somebody elses card linked to my Child's account and I would appreciate immidiate response on this. We have not been able to access this account since the 26th as none of the cards provided works, I just hope her money is still in her account, if not thisa will not be left here.

We have now had 5 cards and had to go to the bank 5 times. As per my previous complaint I just want to make clear that I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THE BANK AGIAN, this has to be resolved in whatever way possible.

I have never had so many problems to just open a plain savings account, I guess the adverts about FNB and other banks are true.

Please resolve this as a matter of urgency!
