Just want o say that thus far I am pleased to say that the feedback I have been given from FNB regarding my complaint made using the banks online banking feedback service has been acceptable. I am still however awaiting more answers from FNB regarding the complaint I made as it is now with a higher level of managment of FNB. So hopefull my issue will be resolved. If not then I will have to take my matter to a Higher Authority.
