Bad service / R400 claim

I am not getting help regarding R 400 claim as per their advert. On the 02 April I've send an sms for quote and they called me back n quoted me higher that my current insurance, so they've send me a link and when I go to the link its a complicated process and can't open the actual claim link. So I called for help everyday and I've been promised to be called back by till to date NO one has called me, I spoke to Gregory Mashilo and Tasheel Phaw, and I was given the number to call Luthando as she's the one who's dealing with the claims, but she has never answered my call and I left messages and still never returned my calls.
