Failing To Log On Internet Banking

I am currently out of the country, and i am failing to access my internet banking so i could do transactions.i need absa to tell me whats going on, why from nowhere i cant access my account. When i tried loggin in this message was coming out The following (error (s) were found
- Authentication Failed. Please enter a valid access account number, user number and PIN)
I am terribly worried that my account could have been tempered with. All i want to know is my account is safe and can be able to access it. I need money to use..
