I lost all my savings money and my husband - in total R128 000.99 due to ABSA allowing to access my personal accounts via internet - now implying it was my responsibility because I chose my own access pin and code. I have a letter from their investigation officer confirming this. I have been banking with ABSA for more than 10 Years, I do not use cellphone banking or click on any links. I lost this money due to ABSA's security system failing to protect my funds! Now they do not want to help me. I need help!!!
