I had a FNB Credit card and it was paid up 08-11-2008 since May 2013 an amount R690/R700 was taken from my Cheque account without anyone contacting me. I went to the branch in May and was told it was for a Legal Account i contacted the Attorneys where the account was held and was told it is paid up, i have a paid up letter. The southgate and Lenasia branch cant assist me all they say it is a Legal account, surely FNB NOT MATTER LEGAL OR BRANCH NEEDS to tell me why this funds is debit with not avail can they help me. I have been banking with FNB for many years but it is time to move my account else where.
