I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW FNB CAN SELL A PRODUCT AND IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATE THAT DELIVERY TAKES 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS, WHEN WE ORDERED THER PRODUCT MONDAY 1 APRIL 2013, THURSDAY 4 APRIL THEY CONTACT US TO INFORM US THAT THE DEVICE "HAS BEEN SENT TO THE COURIERS" AND THEY WILL CONTACT US SHORTLY WITH A DELIVERY ADRESS... ON THE SAME DAY WE PROVIDE THE DELIVERY ADRESS, AND THEY INFORM US IT WILL TAKE 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS AGAIN!! IT IS NOW 12 APRIL 2013, AND WE HAVE TO PHONE THEM TO FOLLOW UP WITH WHAT IS GOING ON AND THEY WONT KEEP US UPDATED. SO THE INDIVIDUAL STATES - WE ARE OUT OF STOCK...?? EXCUSE ME, YOU INFORMED ME ON THE 4TH OF APRIL THAT MY DEVICE WAS SENT TO COURIERS, AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THERE IS NO STOCK, DID MY DEVICE 'VAPORISE IN THIN AIR? " - NOW ONLY AFTER WE PHONED THEM ON THE THIRD OCCASION SPEAKING TO EVERYONE EXCEPT FOR THE LADY WHO IS SUPPOSE TO ASSIST US, THAT WE CAN ONLY START EXPECTING THE DEVICE FROM TUESDAY NEXT WEEK 16 APRIL 2013!!!
