Today Friday 12 April 2013, at 11H30 i left work and went to standard bank rosebank, to sort out a query i had about increasing my electronic limit, (Note: i always come to this branch and always get the best service in the world, i never ever complain.) Today i was serviced by a consultant who seemed to have very little interest in listening to the client on what exactly the query is/was, instead she looked away and started telling me that it will cost money and that i should link this card with that without listening to the whole-story, at the end she said i must swipe my card and it didn't work, she then said i broke her sanswitch machine while swiping and that it would cost me R100 to replace my card, my card worked perfectly a week ago now it wont work and it breaks machines, at the end i lost interest she increased my limit but her attitude and lack of listening to what i needed left allot to be desired. Dear StandardBank Rosebank you guys are usually brilliant but a rotten potato should not spoil the pack. The lady has a very big built, had dark hair & she is african. she sat at the last consultation booth by the wall in service area downstairs. (Check register)
