Absa
No repsonse from consultant or online queries

I have recently resigned from the company I worked for for 5 years and currently awaiting a pension payout from Absa. I am in the process of applying for bridging finance as I haven't started working yet and have a few monthly expenses that need to be paid.
For this I need a benefit statement. I was referred to Natsayi Sibanda by my previous company's payroll department. I've sent her 2 emails requesting this, but not receiving a response.
I have also queried this online [Email Removed] but still no response.
I need someone to contact me urgently.
