Bad experience for a first time home purchase

Good Day
My name is Nazeerah Khan Recently done an application with Standard bank home loans division and they approved me for the home loan, however this is going into 5 months to which i only signed the offer to purchase. I keep phoning the bank to find out about my application etc each agent gives me a story. I received communication from the Attorney which is L.L. Mngxaso & Associates very arrogant as well as the agent i have to call them to get feedback. The attorney informs me that the seller is no longer signing then she send an email saying the the The client advised that she is going to wait for the notice period to expiry and the bank to release new cancellation figures before she can sign the AOD. This is unfair this is my first time purchasing a home and now she is doing this i want to know if have a right in this matter as i no longer feel comfortable dealing with you guys as well as the attorney the seller and agent.
