Incorrect listing at ITC or Blacklisting

I personally called your call center, emailed them proof. Got feedback and now I am listed at ITC.

My Issue is:

I was called by one of your consultant last year August 2013 and told me that my then spitz account or RCS it has outstanding amount. I told her that I am under administration/debt review since may and to my knowledge the debt review should be paying them every month. The consultant told me that they havent received a payment and to email her proof of which I did immediately. End of story.

I am getting emails from the debt reviewer reflecting that they are paying RCS or spitz every month on my behalf and consistently. To my suprise, Spitz/RCS blacklisted me. FOR WHAT SAKES, I dont know. I called you RCS customer service number:0861 729 727 of which you guys take ages to answer. Nonetheless I spoke to very incompetent individual who said he will transfer me to accounts another hold of about not less than 30 minutes. Can someone from your accounts who knows how your billing works contact me urgently or DELIST me from ITC with IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
