BAD CLAIMS SERVICE

ON 6TH APRIL I FILED A CLAIM WITH ANNA (CLAIMS) INFORMING HER THAT MY CAR IS ON BRICKS BECAUSE CAME INTO MY YARD AND MY MAGS AND TYRES. SINCE THEN I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED AN SMS STATING THAT MY CLAIM HAS BEEN REGISTERED. I HAVE CALLED TWICE ALREADY TO FOLLOW UP AND ON BOTH OCCASIONS HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED BACK AS PROMISED. I AM ALSO BEING TOLD ABOUT THE SALES CALL HAVING TO BEING LISTENED TOO BECAUSE I MAY HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY ADVISED BY THE SALES CONSULTANT BECAUSE I ASKED HIM ABOUT MY MAGS AND WANTED TO COVER THEM. I AM FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I DO EXPECT SOMEONE INFORM ME AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON ESPECIALLY SEEING THAT MY CAR WAS ON BRICKS MEANING I CANNOT DRIVE IT. THE NATURE OF THIS CLAIM IS REALLY NOT THAT BIG FOR THERE TO BE NO CORRESPONDANCE FROM SOMEONE IN 4 DAYS. IMAGINE BUSINESS OWNERS AND CLIENTS WITH LARGER CLAIMS. I AM AWARE THAT MY COVER WAS LIMITED BUT THAT COVERS SO WHAT IS THE MATTER? I AM REALLY WANTING TO DISCONTINUE MY SUBSRIPTION WITH BUDGET AND WILL ALSO URGE MY COLLEAGES AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT IS WITH BUDGET TO ALSO CANCEL TOO BECAUSE LUCKILY THEY HAVENT HAD TO CLAIM AS YET, BECAUSE THIS CERTAINLY ISNT THE TYPE OF SERVICE ONE WOULD EXPECT.
