Receiving unusual calls from AIG

Every single day I receive a call from a number 27 31 538 4280 whenever I answer the person keeps quiet for 3 seconds and then immediately drops the line. This has gotten to a point that I feel as though someone is stalking me.!! When ever I call the number it is answered by an automated system that says its AIG so someone from AIG is playing a cat and mouse game with me. I would really like to know what is happening with their call centre as this stalking has to STOP!
