Annoying Phone Calls

I receive about 2 or 3 calls from FNB almost everyday. When I answer, it is an automated voice system that tells me the call is in regard to important information regarding my FNB Gold Cheque Account. It confirms your identity and then is supposed to transfer you to a consultant. After waiting no less than five and a half minutes with annoying on-hold music. I terminate the call. Then they phone and start the whole process again.

To FNB:

If you are going to harass me with calls everyday, stop wasting my time and make sure that someone actually speaks to me. I am tired of receiving these calls and ending up with music playing in my ears for 5 minutes or more. If the information is so important, ask a human to call me and stop wasting my time.

Very disatisfied customer.

Maybe changing of banks is in order?
