I logged onto my ABSA internet banking and saw that I have been switched over to the new website out of the blue. I thought ok I probably don't have a choice I will figure it out. When I tried to do my monthly payments I could not as all my limits were reset, I tried to reset them and the website kept giving an error. Thanks to absa I had to go to all the placed in person to make payments!! I tried to phone this morning, the first number they have is Discovery Platinum card, so I found another number and was on hold for probably 30min before putting the phone down. I am getting fed up with ABSA's incompetence!!!
