Debit order disputes

I have notice a regular pattern whereby Capitec does not allow consumers to dispute or reverse a debit order! this is a major change in policy.

I would like to know what date this changed and why.
I would like a copy of contractual agreements showing that Capitec may refuse a consumers request.
