Cancellation of vehicle insurance policy

After being a loyal client for 3 years, I was unexpectedly informed that my policy is cancelled due to my claim history. I had 4 claims over the period - 3 of minor nature (scratches and dents). The most costly claim was due to a third party driving into the back of my vehicle and no fault of mine. This claim should be wholly recoverable but it seems that Execuline do not actively pursue it. I am still awaiting a satisfactory response to my emails and the reimbursement of my excess. Execuline however recently informed me 'that the policy is no longer feasible for them to maintain as it is not profitable and have a negative impact on their book of business.' This is surely why you have insurance. One transfer the risk to an insurer and they accepted the risk for the stipulated premium. It is surely not the insured's problem if the policy is showing a loss. It is part of the risk when providing insurance. If there are no claims, one would certainly not be refunded for your 'loss'.
The terms and conditions only make allowance for the Insured to cancel the policy. The cancellation from Execuline is therefore not according to the terms and conditions and is pure bullying tactics.
