Bad Bad Bad Service

I am with ABSA. BAD BAD BAD service I have decided to move my accounts. They dont even understand the meaning of service, not a bit. I have been loyal for sooo long, I am tired of reasoning for them.

I even regret why I have a home loan with them.
When I thought I have a bank, I realized I have a pain, deep deep pain. I call, with my time, query and all they know is to defend themselves, not even help. If they try giving an excuse and say they'll get back to you, they still dont.

DISGRACE!!! HOME LOANS!!! BIG DISGRACE. You lost a client, and everyone around me is gone too. 2 full months of disgrace, and empty promises... and if anyone is going to call me, you better listen to your recodings from 20th March to date.
