Bad service

What a very bad servise from Nozipho Blose from Standard Bank Pinetown. She is arrogant, lacking listening skills, bad attitude and very unproffessional. I was not happy with the way she delt with my queery. I was so dissapointed they way she spoke to me infront of her collegues and other clients. When I go to the bank I expect confidentiality, profesional servise and respect. To her it was like I was the bank and doing some. I was embarrasses I almost cosed my accounts with Standard Bnk.
