Credit card increase

Hi

i applied for a credit card increase at African Bank, however the increase was approved, all document were giving to them (proof of address, ID, pay-slip, 3 month bank statement), I than received a sms saying the credit increase have been approved, when trying to use the credit cards it will decline, I tried drawing the money buy it will decline as well. I contacted African bank and they said they need the necessary documents which is proof of address and ID again, i was willing to emailed it to them but the want me to come in again...

i don't understand what they did with the documents, I'm very unhappy with this and i will not pay the installments if this is not sorted out.
