Put in an insurance claim last week; call centre sms states that all claims will be responded to within 48 hours. Here I am 4 days later & I have no idea the status of my claim! Abby Fisher does'nt return emails or phone calls & neither does her Mngr, Marius!! Quick to take your money though!
