Incorrect information on website

I looked up online how to buy Forex through Standard Bank and the website stated you need your ticket, ID book, passport and proof of address if not a Standard Bank customer. Unfortunately, the site neglects to mention that you also need 3 months bank statements. This small omission resulted in a lot of wasted time for me since the bank could not sell me any Forex without the statements.
