8weeks for Duplicate Vehicle Reg DUplicate???

The Second week of August 2013 I've requested a duplicate Registration Document for my vehicle Registration DWD229MP on request of Suzette Trutter via sms I paid R325 in September.
In the1st Week of Oct I had to pay ANOTHER R325 as that office struggle to receive email or fax notifications (and keep them??) Suzette kindly gave me an alternative email address to forward the payment notifications!!!
I am busy loosing the second deal to sell my vehicle, due to lack of professional service (read no service) from ABSA SQUARE Vehicle dept. It is 8 weeks since my initial request and numerous personal visits to that office.
