Std bank makes up excuses & wont return my money

This complaint has been going on since end Jan. I was on debt mediation and std bank received payment from the company yet they illegally took off about R4500 off my savings account - it took almost 2 months and they refunded about R3200 of that money and now wont give me the balance back. They are at fault and have excuse after excuse - I can see why so many people complain about them.
I want my balance paid back - bank charges reversed and I will close my account but they don't seem to have any intelligent people working there to assist me. All their responses almost seem like it comes from a computer.
